Located in the heart of Duluth Id say there's better choices for atmosphere and cleanliness. We had Caprese Chicken sandwhich with fries and kids speghetti with A meat ball. Sandwich was great. Fries were awful. Maybe a grease issue and no preseason or salt. My daughter enjoyed the spaghetti but the large meatball was Italian sausage so spicy/peppered to her at her age. We came with only very few other customers present but tables were still dirty and he couldnt find cleaning solution to even clean them. Thats a lil red flag for me. Staff was just one guy n one cook (that we saw) and they were pleasant. Food took about 30/45 minutes which isnt always bad but with as few ppl a lil long. We ate around 1230. Good pan pizza. Good tap options; I liked the dry cider and my husband had a couple local beers. Very good. This is my first time leaving a review because the reviews I saw were negative for 'relevant' reviews yet this was amazing. We will be coming back when we visit again. Garbage food! Ordered chicken tenders and a 14" pizza. Cost $58 for the worst food I've ever had! From order to delivery it took 2 hours. Staying in a hotel and the driver couldn't even bring it to the room when the room number was left with instructions. It took the driver an hour to deliver this food that was 10 minutes away. The chicken tenders were so dry it was like eating the skin off the back of a breast with hardly any meat. It was so disgusting I wouldn't even feed it to a dog! The pizza was a little bit warm but all the meat on it was so hard and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever taking delivery from this place. We're here traveling for work and just wanted some basic food delivered to the hotel and I paid $60 for absolute garbage! Totally pissed off!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom in Duluth! Our server Amber was beyond amazing — warm, attentive, and on top of every detail, making us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. Manager Lax personally checked in and ensured the food quality and overall service were perfect, which truly shows the pride and leadership behind this location. The food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the hospitality was next level. This was more than just a meal — it was a memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back. I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve had excellent experiences. The bar staff is fantastic and friendly, and they’re always on top of things. This place is definitely a gem. It’s all about the staff. These people are legit. Great job bartending crew. Also, those pizza rolls are legit, and the boneless buffalo wings.
