We did not care for the Mac and Cheese, but the quality of the brioche sandwich bun made up for that. Nice to sit outside and enjoy barbecue!

The food was good but it’s a hit or miss I ordered here for both me and my gf. We got the exact same order but her brisket was juicy and tender and mine was so dry it wasn’t funny. The sides are all good and the ribs are amazing. The workers are great as well. The whole market is great but kind of dirty if you’re eating in there.

Lunch Combo for $22: Pulled Pork Sami: Delicious and tender. The bbq sauces were good too. Best item for my lunch combo. Chesapeake Potato Salad: Interesting idea, but not for me. I LOVE old bay, but this was a mediocre potato salad with a whisper of old bay. I’ll grab the mac and cheese next time. Sweet Tea: Refreshing yet not too sweet. I’m used to country sweet tea and was expecting a sugar overload, but this sweet tea wasn’t overly sweet.

I dined here for the first time visiting Union station and I am thoroughly impressed! When I come up North to visit, I usually have a rough time finding a good food spot that's closest to the southern food that I like. I must say that I was very impressed with this restaurant. The man that took my order was truly the sweetest person and was amazing! He was very accommodating to my order request and just had the utmost best customer service. Last week I came for the famous brisket and pork. I have to give them a 10 out of 10 with the texture of the meat and the flavor, it is a set of freshness and magic inside your mouth. But today I came to try the much desired drinks they have, the employees made me try a little bit of everything, I was very undecided about which one to drink (the staff is excellent) Apple pie lemonade, sweet peach tea, rosemary lemonade, sweet tea, and classic lemonade, are the best drinks I have tried at union market; it should be noted that you can combine them and they are still at the same price.
