Chicken salad sandwich, chips and a drink. Amazing find. One of the best chicken salad sandwiches I have ever had. Don’t miss the jam and chow chow display. I loved that. The cheesecake….. The turtle cheesecake to be exact. Wow!! Great spot!
Stop in every time I pass through for work, usually once or twice a month. Used to frequent when they had a spot in Westlake. Love the chicken salad and bbq. Have enjoyed most sides over the years, but picking up the chx & bbq, with a sleeve of rolls is mandatory. Will indulge with cake slices when the flavors strike-- esp if Hummingbird, Dreamsicle, or something unique. ***Great quality. Go in knowing it is a deli--simple, not fancy. Usually young counter staff-most often cordial and professional, occasionally...still finessing their customer service skills. Highly recommend. Update: Lot of new products, including fresh meat options.

Paid $7.49 for a “pork bbq” sandwich. Was delivered a stale bun with about three ounces of microwave reheated grocery store barbecue wrapped in plastic. The “gas station food” across the road is wayyy better than this. Not to mention the table is nasty and sticky.
Chicken salad had too much sugar in it.. one sandwich $10 tomato and lettuce extra … oatmeal filled cookie was ok too small for almost $4
