Okay Coffee

I wish I took pics of our coffees, but we drank them quickly! My husband and I were visiting over the holidays and stopped in twice a first time I asked for a dealers choice latte and got a delicious vanilla and brown sugar drink. My husband tried their hot nitro black coffee and loved it. The 2nd visit my husband got my drink (delicious!) and I tried their biscoff latte. We went back the 2nd time to purchase artwork for our daughter’s room. The owner explained where his wife sources their art and items for purchase. Friendly atmosphere. Hope it sticks around.

I had their nitro brew, which was absolutely amazing! I never drink cold coffee, but that was the only option at the time. But thankfully, I wasn’t disappointed! This is a new establishment and they have some amazing ideas in the works and plans for hot brew as well! I would say it’s a specialty and niche coffee shop. I feel like this is a place for people who are creative. People who like to think outside of the box. People who are healing. People who have a good sense of humor. People who want to try something new. People who want to find some understanding. I also found and bought the most creative “coffee table book” I guess you would call it 😊 these creators staged a bunch of different situations of human life using live snails as the models (and a live frog) Brilliant! It was my first time coming to Okay Coffee with my dad, and the experience was amazing, the staff were very polite and recommended an iced latte and it was delicious! The foam lasted to my very last sip which I loved! And the shop was nice and quiet. Everything overall was great, I really loved it

We decided to take a roadtrip to downtown Winston-Salem. My daughter told me about a new coffee place, Okay Coffee, near Small Batch. We found a parking spot not far from Okay Coffee. We walked inside and was welcomed by Matthew. He was very friendly and welcoming. He told us that Okay Coffee has been opened for three weeks now. I asked Matthew how the Espresso Creamsicle was. The way he described it, I had to get it! The Espresso Creamsicle was very refreshing and flavorful! Looking forward to coming back again soon to try more drinks! What a lovely coffee shop by the convention center. I really enjoyed my coffee and coffee cake. The blueberry orange coffee cake was really sweet. Quality of the hot coffee was quite good as well.
