O’Kabul Turkish Food and Restaurant

Ive been here twice. First was when they just opened, but they've made the place over recently into a fine dining experience with a cozy, warm atmosphere. I took my wife & daughter and it was a great experience. We ordered hummus & the grilled platter. It was so much food and grilled to perfection. The meats were well seasoned & savory. Rice, salad & hummus were excellent too!

My husband and I visited this place and shared a mixed platter and rice pudding, we loved it! I had mocktail and he had a juice. Everything was tasty, and the portion size was just right.

The service was great, the food was awesome, and the atmosphere was very nice and friendly. The scent was strong at first, but I got used to it. The only problem was that we didn’t realize they add gratitude to the bill after the fact. Once I started this review and read the others, I realized I should have checked my bill. We should have been more careful because we paid up front and had a nice conversation with our waitress and chef. Unfortunately, we were distracted by the time ( we need to get back to work) we added 20% gratitude an already stiff bill. Don’t get me wrong, I checked the prices beforehand and knew we wanted to try Turkish cuisine. I love the food and the seasoning, and I was willing to pay their prices. Great service! The owner is super sweet and always made sure we were great. Greeted us with kindness and offered us Turkish tea and baklava. Beautiful restaurant and relaxing vibes. We will definitely be coming back

I want to begin by saying that I have had good meals from this restaurant in the past. However, I have also experienced multiple issues over time, such as incomplete orders and food arriving cold. I previously attributed those problems to delivery delays or driver error. After tonight’s experience, it has become clear that the core issue lies with the restaurant’s management and overall lack of customer care. I have been a loyal customer for over a year, consistently spending more than $100 per order, but what happened tonight was completely unacceptable. The fact that molded food was sent out reflects a serious failure in quality control. It raises alarming concerns about how ingredients are stored, how long they are kept, and whether outdated or spoiled items are being handled responsib
