Oishi Sushi 223 boulevard

I’ve both eaten here & did delivery from here. Great service for both. The delivery was quick too. I have a lot of allergies and they are very cautious of my allergies. I enjoyed the chicken katsu, chicken teriyaki, and their spicy chicken roll. Their portions are quite big when you do the kitchen box but it’s well worth the price.

For a long time, sushi was considered exotic and maybe a little scary. But now one can find it practically everywhere, even in the grocery store. Sushi is a Japanese dish referring to the sour flavor of the vinegared rice. Translated from Japanese, meaning “looks beautifully flavored,” my partner and I decided to stop for a quick bite at this establishment situated on a busy Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights. Upon entering this clean and relaxed vibe as first-timers to Oishi Sushi, we had the entire place to ourselves and decided on a table by the window. They also have a small stool area in front of the sushi chefs. Their extensive menu comprises a range of sushi rolls, sashimi, and bento boxes. Food was excellent and presented well, delivery was timely, and service was friendly. We ordered the 3 roll combo (shrimp mango, spicy tuna, and spicy crab), Philadelphia roll, and shrimp tempura for our main dishes. For appetizers, we had miso soup, spicy edamame, and vegetable dumplings. Everything tasted delicious and I was surprised they offered a spicy version of the edamame. Saw this business was new and was close by so we figured we’d give them a shot and they exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again soon!!

Located in Hasbrouck heights on the boulevard they have awesome food and great service. This is definitely one of the best sushi restaurants around. The sushi is really fresh. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. You should try the spicy salmon in cucumber appetizer!

Clean, courteous and fresh. Not too crowded when we visited and early enough for lunch so the boxes were an excellent choice. Shout out to the kitchen for the Beef Negimaki, ✌️, some of the best I've ever had.
