OEC Japanese Express

Food was excellent, now the person who took the order was pretty much occupied on his phone and I had to keep repeating my order! It was a holiday so I really over looked his actions at that moment because of the season!

I ordered the crab leg rolls, and the food came out quickly. However, I found a dead gnat in the ginger, lying on its back with its wings spread. While I appreciate the prompt service, this was very concerning. Please ensure that food is carefully inspected before being served. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.

This was our very first time trying this place last night, and it was a very good experience! The service was friendly and swift. My mom and I ordered the steak & shrimp hibachi dinner and my dad ordered the steak hibachi dinner. The hibachi was great and not loaded down with sodium, oils, or a bunch of sugar; you could actually enjoy the essence of the food itself, but it was still very flavorful. I especially liked the brown sauce it came with, and the pink sauce made it even better in my opinion. The only thing I'd say I feel they could improve on though is the side house salad; it was just lettuce with only a few shreds of carrots with a cup of thousand island dressing. I just feel like they could make it a little more interesting with things like maybe some diced tomatoes or cucumbers

food was good but the women at the front was rude and unwelcoming. she claimed she didn’t know what was on the menu and just to read it once we had an issue with our order missing items

Woman at front counter has the absolute WORST attitude and the steak in my steak fried rice was almost raw the last time I went, it was very pink in the middle, was barely even browned on the outside. I have been there on several occasions, I tried to give them more than 1 chance, but they never improve, just get worse.
