Ocean Park Donairs

This place is the best Donair place in town! Local family shop. Owners so friendly and helpful if you don't know what to order. Love the food! Big portions and good prices! Love it 10/10!

Good food. The Tandoori chicken do air was good. Mainly chicken and a lot of lettuce. The sauces are delicious. The chicken rice plate was good but chicken could be more seasoned. Overall a good place to go in the neighborhood.

If you want falafel that look like chicken nuggets & don’t taste like falafel. You got your dig! I ordered a tandoori donair, and it sure appeared to be a disgrace to donairs! I was recommended the tandoori version by the person available, for its flavours, but it had unbelievably no flavour at all. The tandoori chicken texture was like a tuna out of the can. The biggest blooper was that the meat was served in the wrap, like one would at a subway, and not like how it would ideally be at a gyro/ donair place. Taste: 1/5 Authenticity: Even for a fusion, it fails!

I wish I would have read the other reviews. This place DOES NOT SELL DONAIRS. Donair meat is vertically grilled on a gyro/shawarma grill/vertical rotisserie/döner kebab. This place DOESN'T HAVE ONE! They sell bland wraps. I ordered a chicken rice plate that was just tasteless chicken (not grilled) on sticky, poorly cooked rice. Take your business elsewhere.

Good food and service. Highly recommended. I wish if the owner is interested in adding halal pho - vietnamese cuisine, would be awesome.
