Ocean County Library Plumsted Branch

We made the drive over the this branch after finding out about their sister program with the Burlington County Library, where if you are a member at BCL you can also request a library card to Ocean County. It was rather smooth of a process. I came in after receiving an email requesting I show proof of who I was. It is a cute little branch with a kids section, lots of activities on their calendar and friendly staff.

I love this Library! The women that work here are so nice and friendly. A lot of them know me by name and will go grab the items I have on hold before I even get up to the counter. It's not just me I also see them treating other patrons the same way. It's really a pleasant experience. They aren't a very large library but once you're a member you have access to all of the libraries in Ocean County. If you set up an account online you can browse through thousands of books and DVDs and magazines and just about anything you can think of. Just click a button and they will have whatever you want from another Branch shuttled to plumsted. I don't have television but I do have a DVD player. You can take out up to 30 DVDs at a time!
