great place for some good Southern cooking!!! Woman taking order was helpful and nice. i got the pick two platter and chose Catfish and Alligator. the alligator was good, it was like a mix of Chicken and crawfish! perfectly cooked. catfish was do r well too perfectly crunchy and fried but not overly. i really enjoyed it. i also got a cup of red beans and rice which wasnt the best i’ve ever had but still pretty good and I would probably get that exact meal again. Overall, great food and I would love to go back and try dessert next time!

First time eating here. The food was delicious, hot and fresh! First time trying Alligator bites and they were really good! Only gave it 4 stars because of service. They weren’t rude at all but they weren’t friendly either. I work in restaurant management and I’m really big on friendly service. I’ll definitely go back because of the great tasting food!

Oby’s is a must-go for my family and I whenever in starkvegas. I’ve been going there for well on 29 years now I think. My go to is the ultimate chicken club with Cole slaw. It is amazing. It is almost always packed out and busy. Food and service is usually pretty fast.

Oby's has been around a while. The food is good the atmosphere and service are good. It could use a little updating but don't fix it if it ain't broke I guess. Only two things I don't like are the flavors are a little bland, if I'm eating Cajun and Cajun inspired dishes I'm looking for some flavors that just aren't there, (heat, seasoning, salt..). The restaurant is a little dark, lack of light just makes it feel like I'm in a pub instead of a restaurant.

Always a delicious meal. Wish there wasn’t always a line but it’s there for a reason! The bread is awesome and the food is always hot and fresh. The beans were also a nice side with good flavor and not too sweet. Catfish was yummy and I have no complaints.
