Customer Reviews
Great food and wide variety, friendly staff, and decently clean.
Our experience was the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The food was much better than expected. We ate on a Saturday late morning so we had the options of both lunch food and breakfast. The broccoli souffle was tasty, scrambled eggs nicely seasoned and biscuits were very good. As expected the pizza was the weakest thing we had but still pretty.solid for dining hall food. I certainly didn't eat this well 30 years ago at college!
Pricey ($10) but delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast. Be careful not to overeat! Dining Services' question and answer board is hillarious.
For Ohill - 3/5 - The food is good most of the time and has variety, although sometimes it is cold. The online menu is very often inaccurate and menu items that are listed online are not actually available. For Crossroads - 2/5 - During the semester it's really good and the food tastes great. During the Summer, AVOID, as they consistently have severe bug problems every year (at least for the past 5 years or more). Swarms of flies around/inside the drink machines, dead bugs on the tables, and found a dead fly inside my ketchup from the dispenser. Reported these issues multiple times to different staff and they openly/nonchalantly said they don't maintain the place during the summer since there are fewer students. Reported the issue in detail to dining and got a one line response saying the
Apparently since last I was here they switched from a local milk producer to PET. In addition many of their items contain ultra processed ingredients. They flaunt partnership with regional farms, but it is likely to the absolute bare minimum. If you are lucky and extremely selective you can sometimes manage to aggregate a fairly nutritious meal, definitely not always though. And for Grillogy, they advertise grass fed beef patties but staff has informed me they haven’t actually had those for about a year. They are blatantly false advertising.
