O'Brien's Pub

Stopped in at O’Brien’s Pub just to grab a soda and chicken strips and ended up having the BEST experience thanks to the young lady working behind the bar. She was so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely kind. You can tell she cares about customers and loves what she does. Food was great, but her service made it even better. Absolute gem of a human. Give her a raise.

If you haven’t been to O’Briens yet, what are you even doing? This place is an absolute gem. The staff? Top-tier. They’ll have a drink in your hand before you even realize you needed another one. The pizza? Let’s just say Nate isn’t just making food—he’s creating masterpieces. If I could give out Michelin stars, he’d be my top pick. The crowd is always a great time, whether you’re looking to chat with friendly locals or just enjoy some solid catchup with a friend. But the real magic happens when there’s a party or event—if you’re not inside when things get going, you’re doing your weekend wrong. Bottom line: O’Briens is the kind of place where you show up for a drink and leave with new friends, a full stomach, and probably a few hilarious stories.

Chicken Alfredo pizza was good! Here for the meat raffle and horse races. Our server Alisha was great, super friendly and attentive.

Super disappointed. Went to try this place for the first time and ordered our drinks, got the menu and some of the items of their extremely limited menu were blacked out in sharpie. We quickly realized they have like no food options especially for kids and so we had to leave due to food allergies for our kid. The waitress still charged us for all the drinks. Just annoying and the place is not at all what I had hoped. Was hoping find some good food options, but unfortunately this is not the place. They also made you pay as you go or a tab, so they must have an issue with people not paying? The whole experience was super awkward and uncomfortable. We definitely won't be back.

Located in downtown Rice, this is an excellent place to stop in for a pizza and a beer or pop when you’re heading up north. Friendly staff, typical small town crowd. Definitely recommend…
