Customer Reviews
I've been a longtime customer here. I can say that I have never had a bad experience in all the years I've been visiting this location. The staff there (especially Ronny who is usually busy answering the phone while running the register and greeting customers) are very attentive and never seem to be in a bad mood and are genuinely happy to see the repeat customers and are on a first name basis with most of them. I walk in and they know my order without me having to tell them (most times). The woman named Laura (I think?) is a master on the grille and cooks the ingredients perfectly. I travel 20 miles just to make sure my Saturday mornings start perfectly. I could go more locally in Whitehouse Station where I reside but I am loyal to the staff there who treat me well. One thing I can say i
this was my first time trying this bagel spot and it was 10/10. i looked at the menu and images they had and everything looked so good. i got a plain bagel with bacon, egg & cheese & my sister got the hungover wrap. the food was fresh, hot, & super delicious. i placed my order online through seamless & it only took 5 minutes for it to be ready. i will definitely be returning again!
Stopped here off 78 for a quick bite. First as we went to order they informed us they “closed the grill early” so what we wanted was not available. We opted for bagels. I asked for mine to be lightly toasted where as my husbands to be toasted. My husband’s bagel came out of the toaster first. When I saw my bagel it was not lightly toasted. When pointing it out to the worker preparing my bagel he argued back “it’s not hard” & instantly had an attitude while asking if I wanted him to redo it. I opted to not have someone with an attitude redo food & he finished preparing my bagel while slamming things around out of anger. Train your employees to have proper customer service or you will never have repeat customers. How is the “lightly toasted” bagel more toasted than the fully toasted? Makes n
They have the most fantastic sesame bagels but get there early cuz they usually sell out of them. I went there with my friend for breakfast and was not disappointed I had a wonderful breakfast sandwich and the next time I visit the area I will certainly stop back again! They offer a very large variety of cheese spreads for the bagels. One of my favorites is the scallion. Highly recommended!
Stopped there during a long round trip drive to Long Island. Got a bagel and cream cheese and it was perfect. Came back in and took home a dozen. Great food and amazing service!
