I arrived hungry and ready. Inside a small cozy spot with a warm welcoming homey feel, grandmas kitchen. My first time here, and the staff was pleasant in explaining the different types of dishes. I ordered a freshly made watermelon drink to start, it arrives quickly and it was perfectly refreshing - not too sweet. I order the Mole Neigro "Dark Mole", and to my delight it was the perfect spicy note. I was making yummy sounds.... it was that good. It comes with freshly made tortillas, a side of rice, and a salsa cup for additional heat, if needed. My tongue and lips are buzzing with the heat, but I can't stop eating. Sipping my watermelon drink with this delicious mole, I am in a very happy food place right now. This place might look like a hole-in-the-wall, but when I close my eyes whil

Very disappointed, was so excited to try this place out and all the meat ended up tasting like it was made days before and was reheated that day. nothing tasted as if it was cooked or prepared that day. I got a Birria burrito and all of the meat was fat not to mention the ‘meat’ that was present was very small for the size of the burrito.

I never take the time to review anything, but I want to be honest and help other not to make the same mistake. Husband and I traveled 30 min to try this restaurant, we made our choice based on the reviews and we were very disappointed. Food wasn't good at all. Rice tasted old. Food was cold when it got to our table. We regretted spending our Saturday night at this restaurant. Don't choice this place!
