Oak Street Grill

I want to preface this, with the fact I have enjoyed this establishment for a long time. This review however is being prompted by the recent orders I’ve received. I have twice now, twice in a row, ordered just a small meat lovers pizza for myself. And had it delivered completely destroyed, slid to the left. I called the first time, and the gentleman who answered the phone said I’d receive credit. I didn’t. I called this time much more frustrated, and he SAYS he will give me credit this time, but he was clearly panicking. I’m solely leaving this review to raise awareness to the owners/management of this situation and to see that I receive my credit

ya “bbq” chicken pizza has no hint of bbq in it whatsoever. you claimed it was in the base but basically the pizza u gave me for $22 is the equivalent of what my 4 year old cousin could make in her eazy bake oven

They delivered food to the wrong person and then said we were trying to scam them. Owner doesnt know how to handle customer service then put his driver on the phone to yell at us as well they never called when delivery showed up and just left it with some random person. Very unproffesional.

We’ve been getting food here for years and it’s always been fantastic! I recently discovered that I have a gluten allergy and was disappointed with the lack of gluten free options on the menu, but the owner informed me that he would be able to make many of these things in gluten free upon request. That’s great customer service.

Been going to this place since it was first open I 100% recommended this place Good prices and awesome food
