Great cozy atmosphere. We went a week after opening and it felt like this place had been established for years. Very attentive staff helping on all tables to keep empty plates cleaned off. My husband fell in love with the burger. The starters are a must. They were delicious!! Best French onion soup in town.

We had the chance to try Oak and Anchor in Johnson City, TN this weekend, and we absolutely loved it! The Old Fashioned was expertly crafted, and the French Onion Soup was rich and flavorful. Don't skip the Pimento Cheese app, it is a must-try! Even the kid's steak meal impressed us with its quality and portion size. We'll be back regularly to continue working through the menu. Beyond the food, the atmosphere really stood out. The space has beautiful aesthetics, a fantastic music selection, and the staff couldn't have been kinder or more attentive. Wife had the Mahi and loved it. Mac and cheese side was better than average. My sirloin was seasoned and cooked correctly. But the cut was below par, very chewy. The crab cake appetizer was good but like most lacked lump crab meat. When back in the area, we'll give them another try. This place has only been open a couple of weeks. Server was nothing short of awesome.

Top notch service and quality food in a gorgeous setting! Loved the crab cakes, and the sauce and mushrooms on the pork chop are incredible! Nice addition to JC. 10/10 will be back.
