They did have really big portions but the shaved ice wasn't as soft and fluffy as other places. It was more like wet snow. The flavors weren't that good either.

2nd time we've showed up before closing and the girl who was working closed early and wouldn't serve us. If your shop closes before 9 maybe change your hours?
Amazing place! Huge portions and a wide variety of flavors, plus great service.
