Lyn has done miracle work with our daughters 6 year birthday Bluey theme cake! We walked in on a friday and she was kind enough to accept our order for a next week pick up. It was $115 base + filling + design + rush fee for 6in 2 layer cake but Well worth the price. She showed us custom bluey cakes shes made in the past and my daughter picked her style, colors and flavor of cake. Despite it being a busy time with superbowl weekend and valentine's day coming up Lyn was great with communication and responding to our texts timely. The cake turned out both BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS! The only thing I changed I swapped out Coco (pink dog) for Bluey's sister Bingo (orange dog. My fault for not stating Bluey AND Bingo theme cake). Walked into @oahubakesnbrew and requested a rush order on an all chocolate cake with green/gold decorative frosting and lettering for my gf’s birthday on Saturday and they come back with “it will be ready in about an hour”. Me: “Oh shit?!” Come back an hour and some change later to seeing this beauty sitting on the counter. I can’t say how amazing this cake looked and also how it tasted when I finally got to taste it. Hands down the best cake I’ve had in a very long time if not ever, plus the chocolate chip cookies and brownies they packaged up and were already packaged they never even let me pay for which was way beyond generous of them. I feel very fortunate to have received a referral to Oahu Bakes and Brew to create 2 cupcake cakes for my Mom's 101st birthday celebration. Working with Lyn was like working with a friend & family. She delivered the beautiful cupcake cakes she made with such artistic style, kindness & care. Checked this place out atleast 4 times so far and everything I try is absolutely delicious. Very kind and personable staff. Amazing place to get your fix, highly recommended. P.s th croissants are an absolute banger.
