NYC Bagel & Deli

Got a half dozen bagels after tons of bad experiences with the big box bagel company. Love that this is a local place run by the owner they make the bagels fresh. I ordered a dozen and their prices were fantastic, the owner was so nice and over all just a great local place to support

Went in asked for a toasted sesame bagel -light cream cheese. The guy at the counter said sure no problem. In -literally- 1 minute I received an untoasted cold bagel with 1lb of cream cheese- never again.

Restaurant closes at 2pm and states they serve rainbow bagels on weekends. Sowbe drive 30 miles with our daughter to get a rainbow bagel on a Saturday (weekend) they didn't make any..AND they were out of "plain" cream cheese at 10am. So we drove 30 miles one way for nothing. Not only this, but the bagel cabinet was empty. There were more out of stocks in the morning than in stock. Only 2 people working at a time that continueed to prioritize the online orders coming in over those of us inside that already ordered. So it took 25 minutes to get our two bagel sandwiches and a coffee with only 2 inside customers and being sold out of everything and not making their specialty bagel they advertise on weekends, on the weekend. The bathrooms were also in very bad shape, and all tables were covere

I visited the NYC Colleyville store today for the first time. I am originally from NY and have searched for decent bagels. Now I found it! They were fantastic and what a bagel should be. It had the crispy outside shell and flavor was spot on! I will definitely be back.

The bagels were hard, and the overall ambiance felt just okay. The spread wasn’t anything special, and there was essentially no service—it’s more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to sit and enjoy.
