NY JOE'S PASTA & PIZZA

Food was great! Highly recommend the grilled chicken Alfredo. I did a personal pick up order, and I don’t know if it was the owner or an employee but if you’re seeing this you’re doing a great job! Delivery orders are super popular here and he was sprinting between the front and the kitchen to get orders out. I saw a previous review saying someone was rude, so please remember to be kind and patient to your service people even if you have to wait a little while for your order.

I really loved the food here. My wife and I are foodies so we take the quality of our food seriously. NY Joes did not disappoint. We’ve been driving by it all the time and we decided to check it out for our date night. We had the cheesy garlic bread and the veggie pizza. Loved how fresh it was and how crispy the crust was. The owners were so nice as well. Can’t wait to come back here.

First time trying this place. Got a large supreme and two salads. The pizza was great, just the right thickness and crispy crust and the toppings were generous and fresh. The owners were friendly, the decor and music were so nice we waited inside instead of in the car.

Whose dumb idea was it to charge take-out customers a dollar for Parmesan cheese and/or peppers? If I would have known that when I paid, I would have left no tip. For the record, I love Joe’s - I have lived all over the metroplex and have been to 5 different Joe’s locations - none of them have ever charged for cheese or peppers. I’ll never come back. Instead, I will drive 5 miles out of my way to the I-35 location. You just lost a customer over a buck.

We had an order placed online to-go, showed up a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready, no big deal. There was a sign out front in the dining room that they were understaffed and would be right out, totally understandable the staff was out promptly as stated to grab the order, so good service. The quality of the food was not bad, the sauce was watery but had a good flavor, however the portions were small and while the pasta was hot, everything else from the bread to the side of meatballs we ordered was ice cold and parts of the bread itself was undercooked, that said the flavor and texture of the food was good even the bread that wasn't undercooked which why I say the quality was overall not bad.
