Customer Reviews
Number one recommendation. I came here for breakfast after my morning work out and holy cow. It was so delicious, and everyone there incredibly kind. I will be back because I will think about that steak forever.
The waitress was pleasant. While the waitress was pleasant and the atmosphere was okay, I was not ready for the food I received! My oh my—for $20, I received 1.5 scoops of rice, one scoop of beans, and a small piece of fish! It was absolutely 💯 ridiculously expensive!! For the portion of food received and the price paid, it is stupid! On top of that, they expect tips, which I did tip, but when I saw the portion of food I had received, I was disgusted! I ate the food, but it made me more hungry! By the way, I paid $3.50 or $4 dollars EACH for that little corn tortillas!!
Here's a positive review of Nueva San Salvador #4, written from my own perspective, incorporating the highlights from the reviews you provided: Wow, Nueva San Salvador #4 is truly a gem! I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and it exceeded all my expectations. First off, the food is absolutely divine. I tried their Salvadoran tamal, and it was hands down the best I've ever tasted – incredibly flavorful and authentic. The tacos and pupusas were also fantastic, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. What really impressed me were the portions. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and you get so much food for your money. My group definitely over-ordered because we expected smaller sizes for the price, but we quickly realized how generous they are! You'll leave feeling completel
Tried out this place based on reviews and it did not meet our standards. Service was super slow. I ordered a bucket of beer (6) and it took 15 mins to get… then 15 mins to get the appetizer with it.. I understand if they’re busy but it was empty. Waitress never checked on us, and appetizer were fried to the point of making them un edible. I wanted to walk out but waited, mind you I was planning to order dinner but I’m glad I chose not to. Enjoyed the beers and left
Food is delicious! Best Salvadoran tamal I’ve had! The tacos and pupusas were great as well. Do not accidentally over order here like I did. The portion sizes for the price is great here, unlike many restaurants in Miami. Because the prices were so cheap, my group expected small portions. They were big! You’ll definitely get stuffed. Service was great and friendly as well. They speak a little English, but we had a person in our group that spoke Spanish. Highly recommend!
