Nudy's Cafe Ardmore

The service was very good but the food not much. The foods were cold and the taste was blunt too.

The young man who was our waiter did an excellent job and was very personable. However, the food was super bland. I ordered the seafood omelet and there was very little seafood. I think I found one very small shrimp and when I opened the omelet, the small amount of seafood was smashed in it so much that I could not recognize what type of seafood it was. The food had no seasoning on it at all. I guess that's why it's called Nudy's. The rye toast and the coffee were delicious though, which is why two stars were given for the food instead of one. For the most part, our area was clean, but there was a table nearby where food was all over the floor right beneath it and they actually sat customers at that table. My daughter and I used to eat at Maman. My daughter is 8. However, Maman drove us out of their restaurant with low quality service and a harassment in us being there for just one hour during our meal. Then we found Nudy's cafe. What's different.... food is better, service is better, cost is lower, and overall atmosphere is way better. Each one of the waiters and waitresses can only be described as outstanding. Nobody pushed us to leave after finishing our meal. My wife has a medical obligation and this is a welcoming place for me and my little girl to hang out while we wait for that to be over. Maman would have threatened us to leave with their Supreme leader ideology. Nudy's makes us feel at home. So if you want higher priced lower quality food with poor service, go to mama

I’ve been to this Nudy’s location more times than I can probably count over the last 4ish years and have never had a bad experience. It can be busy on a weekend depending on the time one happens to go but I’ve never had a wait more than 10ish minutes. There is municipal parking just behind the business (around the corner). The food has always been of consistent quality (and I would know as my girlfriend and I tend to get the same things every time we go) and it arrives at the table dizzyingly fast. Prices are reasonable for brunch without alcohol and the environment is kept clean and tidy in all the times I’ve been there. Food was horrible! My oatmeal tasted like wallpaper! Despite the 3 additions. I sent it back only to get worse service. I ordered a blue berry pancake to go: no butter, no whip cream. Next time: it's Jeanie's Deli! Bill/with tip - $15.38 Service good/ kitchen terrible!! I read your reply to me! I said NOTHING about the temperature of the food....it was the quality and the pancakes had NO syrup or Whipped cream . Put my name in an envelope and give me back my money. I will see you on 9/5.
