I do not usually leave a negative review, but this is not for anything they sell, just interaction over the phone! I called and asked if they had a certain item in stock, in which they did. I asked for a price and was told they do not quote over the phone! I can see this is not the first review on this, but maybe you shouldn't be in business if you don't want to disclose prices! I want to buy that piece of equipment and would've drove to purchase, but wanted to see if it was worth the drive. Poor business practice and your customer service reviews shows that!

This was my first time here and this place is GREAT! The look like they have everything you need for anything related to commercial cooking. Very friendly knowledgeable staff with a well stocked warehouse. It may be a little far out for some but it's well worth the trip. The prices are competitive with what you would find online.

I wanted to shop at this establishment. There is a big sign on the front window that communicates customers are required to wear face masks. This gave me a slight sense of security about shopping in a tight, cramped store during a pandemic. However, upon entering I discovered that the two individuals who run the shop and sit on either side of the front door do not wear face masks, even when customers are present. One of them even approached me several times and did not keep six feet away. She was all over the small store, maskless, stocking shelves, etc. while I attempted to shop. Needless to say, I left. I fail to understand why customers are rightly expected to wear face masks to protect others and employees are obviously not expected to reciprocate. They lost my business today and in
