Nourish Sequim

My girl friend and I had high expectations after reading the reviews and looked their website. We were very excited about their 3 course prefixed menu. The dinner started well. Our waiter is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our three appetizers are good especially the shrimp ceviche and cauliflower bisque, for the grilled watermelon salad, the melon needs more char and grill marks but still good and fresh. Then the things started go downhill. We waited for very long time for the main dishes to come out. Our waiter came and apologized for the issue in the kitchen. The food eventually came, the pork chop was over done and the scallops didn’t seared well and buried in muddy curry sauce. The food here was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish wowed us; even the simple, grilled/sautéed vegetables that were served on the side of my entree tasted superior to anything I’d had before. It really showcased the quality of the ingredients! I can honestly say that the food at Nourish far exceeded that of many of the fine-dining restaurants I’ve been to even in the greater Seattle area - for a very reasonable price, I might add! Plus the ambiance was wonderful too! Highly recommend.

Service was amazing. That’s about it though! The food and drinks were very bland, disappointing and over priced. For example, a non-alcoholic soda is $15 plus tax and tip. Basically $20 for sugar soda water with some flavoring. The dishes were so bland, I wished I brought some hot sauce or dressing with me. What they called a blue cheese appetizer literally had zero blue cheese flavor. I had others taste it and they all said it just tasted like cream cheese. Salads had no flavor. None. They forgot the dressing???? Seriously. They may have. Ingredients looked fine but no vinegar or salt or anything. Same with main dish. Miso fish has no miso flavor that I could detect. None! The fruit crisp was actually ok but the à la mode meant you get one tablespoon of ice cream on a pret

Had an amazing dinner here with my husband who is gluten intolerant. What a free experience for him to not worry about anything on the menu and just freely choosing what looks the most delicious. Service/Staff were so personable and wondeful. Drinks were on point and meal was perfectly cooked/seasoned. Definitely will be coming back!

Just wow, book a reservation as soon as you see this. Nourish felt like a Michelin experience, at a more community oriented price. There’s not a menu item available that’s isn’t thoughtfully created and dynamic in flavor. Which of course you’ll immediately understand when the staff welcomes you, and lets you know the menu is uniquely created each week. Outside of each amazing dish we had (I highly recommend the $75 per person 3 dish set menu) the wait staff was also kind and constantly on top of things. I’ll note they also allowed us to eat outside with our dog, giving us blankets, a dog bowl, and outdoor heaters, despite it being 40 degrees in December and most folks sitting inside.
