From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations that were absolutely perfect for my birthday cake. Lori’s suggestions made the experience even better, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Her attention to detail, patience, and friendly attitude truly stood out. I placed an online order this morning that I received confirmation for but then received an email that it was not processed due to a delivery time issue. I called the store and the order could not be found which was super frustrating. I ended up having to place the order over the phone. I did not catch her name but I just wanted to thank the lady I spoke too for her patience and kindness as I was not the most pleasant to deal with in the moment. The order was processed and delivered promptly and they even put an extra bundtlet which I thought was so sweet and unexpected. I love the Southlake store as I order from them all the time for birthdays at work and such but just wanted to give them a special shoutout today. Thank you!

Was very quick and very nice. Ms. Lori at the register was super sweet and very kind. She even brought our order out to us!! Not to be over dramatic but I love that woman!!

I ordered a bundlet online and forgot to click to add more frosting. I ordered 5 minutes Before heading to the store. The lady went inside to check on my order. And after a few seconds, I told them to add more frosting, but when she came out there's no extra frosting. There were no customers around so it's not busy so it should be easy to just add the frosting! It was on a Monday and 5:45pm. I was so disappointed because I just order at nothing bundt cakes because of the extra frosting that they offer.

We ordered two small Dubai cakes on 03/02/2026. Everyone in my family got stomach sick. Something was seriously wrong with those cakes.
