I've spent a lot of money with this place but the employees I encountered this week were Extremely rude and caught an attitude for redeeming points. I even spent money during the transaction so it's not like I just went in for a free treat. What's the point of the app with rewards if it's such an issue to use them?? Apparently they make them upside down as well now too since 2 of them I received were literally upside down with the icing on the bottom facing upright. Great presentation 🙄
I waited 20 minutes or more for 5 plain balloons that cost 8 dollars. Then I was told the colored ballon’s that I wanted were not working. So I asked for a refund. Not! The owner came out with a mess of Balloons! I’ll go back for the Delicious Cakes…. but I’m going to the DT for my balloons!
The shop is very neat and clean! Jasmine waited on me and she was so sweet and helpful! The Reese’s cake was delicious and the prices aren’t too bad.
