I placed a pick up order for Feb 27 at 9am. I arrived at 8:50am and was sitting in my car waiting for them to open. A lady csme out to leave and said they were making my order and elikf bring it out soon. At 8:58am a guy pulled up and tried to go inside but the doors were still locked! At 9:00am a ladybrings a bag out for Amanda!! Not my order. She said oh you had 2 boxes they're finishing up your second box and I'll bring them out. At 9:05am a lady and small child go in and pick up their order. Finally after sitting for 20mintesand being before any other customers shd brings my order out!!!! Wow! So much for being there early and trying to get my order right at 9am…lol

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Tulsa! I live in Colorado and had ordered a set of bundtinis to be delivered for my nephew’s 3rd birthday. There was a hiccup with the Uber delivery, and my order didn’t make it to me as planned when I arrived on the morning of 11/26. The sweet gal working that day went above and beyond to help—it was truly next-level customer service. Without a moment of hesitation, she re-made my entire order, made sure everything looked perfect, and ensured it was delivered to me quickly and without a single additional issue. Her kindness, patience, and genuine desire to help completely saved the day. The cakes were delicious (as always!), but the customer service was what truly blew me away. I also love that they give back to the community through their reading program, which encourages kids to develop a love for books (and rewards them with cake—what’s better than that?). It’s not just a bakery, it’s a place that brings joy in more ways than one. Highly recommend for any celebration—or just because!

Broken Arrow Nothing Bundt Cakes was super friendly the second we walked in. Helped us decide which flavors we wanted. Told us about all the options to get the best deal and even offered extra frosting! Yay!
