Nothing Bundt Cakes

I typically don't go here, but today I had an outstanding experience! The manager, Gabbie I believe, was very kind as she completely schooled me on the variations of cakes and decorations that are available. Overall, very impressed. The small cakes that I got were pretty good. But I will definitely be back due to the outstanding service that I received.

I like the cakes but ANY new flavors or seasonal ones ALWAYS SOLD OUT!!! Have been 3 different times or a long period of time, to try the new flavor and don’t have crap. Never keep anything new in stock or for enough time. Beaumont get it together.

Always very pleased with the customer service and the products they offer. This day, I went for the Biscoff cookie butter cake. It was absolutely yummy! It's joy in your mouth! The workers in the store were so sweet to all the customers in the store! 10/10!

Great Bundt Cakes but horrible customer service. I received a BOGO free email to use and the cashier took my points from my account. I showed her the email with the barcode and she refused to use it. And the receipt didn’t have a survey at the bottom of the receipt like our bakeries in Dallas. Most restaurants in Beaumont, Texas are lacking customer service and this store is one. I’ll keep my money in Dallas!

Stopped here for the 1st time ever last week. I got carrot and white chocolate raspberry bundts the white chocolate raspberry was AMAZING!!! best cake ever. Will definitely return and definitely recommend.
