Notch 8 Restaurant & Catering

A truly upscale restaurant set in an old industrial building that appears to be over 100 years old. The food was beyond phenomenal, from the expertly crafted and delightful flavors to the plating. The intimate setting was perfect for the occasion. The food came surprisingly fast, as did the drinks! My Old Fashioned cocktail was top notch, and my Ahi Poke bowl was the best I've ever had. Oh, and the Creme Brulet was one of my best ever also!

Notch 8 had a fantastic atmosphere — industrial yet classy and sophisticated. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. While I personally prefer peeled carrots, that small detail did not affect my overall positive experience.

We did the 5 Course Event adjacent to Notch 8 on Valentine’s, highly recommend buying tickets to their events. Food was great, atmosphere even better!

Best place to eat in the Lakes Area! We had the special, chicken, bacon ranch flatbread, homemade tomato tortilla soup with an amazing salad with smoked tomato dressing. Unbelievable!!!! Service was top Notch (wink, wink)!!! This pace is a must for anyone looking for a delicious meal, great service and a cool atmosphere. Brandon our server was friendly, fun and engaging. Great service, great prices, great food.

Wonderful night out experience! Our first time here and will be back! Excellent food …. Unique flavor profiles with quality ingredients! Loved the burger blend!! The shrimp appetizer was amazing also! Service was attentive and friendly! Loved the warehouse feel to the decor!
