I had a mixed experience using this notary service for a document translation. The staff were very polite, professional, and responsive throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. However, I did encounter an issue with my translation. Initially, a name was misspelled and I had to return to have it corrected. Later, after submitting the translated document to the Department of Health, it was considered incomplete and not accepted. This resulted in additional time and inconvenience. I would recommend carefully reviewing and triple-checking all translated documents before leaving the office to ensure everything matches the original exactly and meets the requirements of the agency you are submitting to. Racist, rude, highly unprofessional. Literally refused to notarize my document/sign my photo. Went in there to complete my passport renewal on a rainy Sunday. The first woman passed me on to a guy who was like I’ve never done this before. You should go next door but I think they’re closed. 🤯 The instructions were clear and I further explained in case there was a language issue. At that point a blonde woman jumped in and said if he had never done it he doesn’t have to. All I was asking was for them to do their job. I’m still in shock. Don’t ever go here.

This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL—STAY AWAY!!!! I called today in the morning the office making sure the notary was there. I brought 4 people with me to NOTHARIZE the documents. When I got there, it was some very poorly dressed secretaries. I recognized the voice of the person I was talking to, who said, “Yes, the notary is there, come!” After I got there, they denied everything, and on top of that, THEY were the ones having an attitude. RIDICULOUS! HAVE SOME SELF-RESPECT AND DON’T give them service.
