I have searched and searched for a very specific style salad plate that our family loves. I went in to Norvell this morning not really expecting find anything, but the young lady behind the counter listened to what I was looking for and actually found them behind the counter in a glass cabinet. To say I am happy is an understatement. Even though my purchase was under $50.00 she still treated me as if I were her most important customer. Great experience

Wonderful experience at Norvell. We were shopping for numerous items for our scout troop and wanted to find restaurant grade durable equipment. The staff went out of their way to help us find quantities of the best items available for our purpose. We received a great price on our items and they even stayed open after their regular hour to close to assist us with our purchases. Great staff and great products for a fair price.
