I just had three dozen by myself in Key West Florida at Thirsty Mermaid, they were so good I had to research about them. My family is in Harpswell Maine and I'm an oyster addict. These oysters are a step above. Perfect ballance of brine, texture and depth of the shell. I just talked myself into another dozen. The excellence is very much appreciated by your southernmost fan!
I'm blessed to have this Glidden Oyster farm so close to my home. They provide the sweetest and freshest oysters at fabulous prices. And they are also very accommodating. Make a point of experienc ing the best that our ocean can provide!
Hands down the largest most perfect oyster in New England.
