On a recent trip with friends I ordered a martini in a country club dining room. The stem it was served in was the perfect shape, size & weight. My friends took note of the name on the glassware & sent me a dozen martini glasses as a gift. Two of the glasses were slightly chipped from shipping. Fortunately, Jeffrey had enclosed a direct phone number for customers to reach out with questions or concerns. He was readily available & promptly shipped replacements.
