What a great country store and greenhouse. Lots of very local products like Saratoga Chocolate, Saratoga Olive Oil, Hudson Valley Marshmallow, and 518 Farms. I love it the food truck, too! Great burger.

The plants and gift shop are first rate and I bought some impatiens and clay pots to put them in on my porch. Second time back we tried the food. Didn’t try the brisket because they ran out but did sample a few others. The best thing was the pulled pork which was cooked correctly and was the right texture. They didn’t bury the meat in barbecue sauce…which made the meat stand out. I’m not a big fan of piles of sauce so this was PERFECT. Also tried the Phillie cheese steak. The meat was decent but the orange cheesy wiz was not what I’m used to (although I understand some places use it.) I was expecting melted provolone. Also tried the fried mushrooms as a side but they were super greasy inside and not appetizing so I wouldn’t get them again. I’d go back to try the brisket and eat another p

Pristine Location with excellent service. Foodies with love the clean and simple execution of higher quality ingredients. The fries were hot and clrispy with perfect seasoning, as was the burger. No extra ketchup was needed. The perfext thin slice on the white onion, and the tomato and reg leaf were as fresh as you can get. The blue cheese is creamy and mild, perfect if you never tried it . There was an unusually high quality of food attention to detail on ingredients and cook time. I'm a Traveling Chef from the Culinary Institute of America and I only review and compliment a restaurant if I truly mean it. Veteran friendly as well ❤️‍🩹

I stopped and tried pulled pork sandwich. 1st timer. I lived 5 years in Chattanooga TN so I have high standards for bbq... it was delicious and tender not tough. Will be back!
