Northampton Borough Police Department

I let my brother(Bestfriend) use my car to go see his friend, they suspected him of a DUI after he left there house, didn’t even drive a block out the neighborhood just a few houses and they stopped him, when he did the test.. he past all of it, he refuse the blood test. Now they towed the car don’t know why when it was in a neighborhood could’ve just called me to pick up my own car, did they do that? No, $250 was the tow and for what!? And process to have a search warrant for my car to find what alcohol? There was nothing in the car to search beside having condoms, tools, bears, blankets etc you know basic stuff in a car. They absolutely destroyed my car, ripped up the carpet in the trunk and proceeded to lose the plastic screw to hold it down, proceed to throw everything around just not

Horrible experience! I asked them help multiple times because of horrible illegal Marijuana consumption of my neighbor! They told me that they going to sue me because I am harassing them calling them constantly for help! Short story they don't care!They did nothing! Extremely dissapoiting!!
