North Star

Great food and great service. Came very hungry with a few friends after checking in to their hotel. We order a ton of food so we tried a lot and everything was tasty. Love the holiday festive decorations they had put up too!

Absolutely delicious food. Everything was made to perfection. We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and ate here both nights. We had the crab cake dinner and I was amazed at how perfect light and delicious they were(were from the shore, so little judgmental on the crab) but we we 100% satisfied. Night 2 we had the NY strip and the shrimp and eggplant appetizer and again we were blown away. Dinner was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back again.

We held our staff appreciation party in the Alander's beautiful event space last week. We had a group of 16. The North Star Restaurant at the Alander organized a delicious family-style meal for us, with a great assortment of snacks and a fantastic wine list. The staff was lovely...and we can't wait to host our party again there next year!

Their new chef is next level, every aspect of our dinner was excellent. I can’t wait to go back and try their steak dish after trying the meat skewers. My husband’s monkfish was one of the best renditions we’ve had.

Unassuming little restaurant located in the same building as a sort of boutique motel. Despite impressions you might get from the outside, food was elevated, creative and delicious. I got the Black Sea Bass and my wife got the cheese encrusted chicken (very moist). The owner and other wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Decorations and furnishings were interesting and unique including terrariums that had made by a friend, a large old map of the area and a thin sink faucet in the bathroom. Atmosphere was relaxed and casual but not loud or obnoxious.
