North Shore Burgers

Great family place to eat. Friendly staff. I saw this hamburger on Google reviews and wanted to try it. The overall taste was good but the hamburger meat was a bit too well cooked or even I can say burned as you can see from the picture it was almost burnt around the edges. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it so I ate it but would definitely ask for a different one next time if it comes out this way. French fries was good.

Ordered 40 minutes ahead of time and asked them to delay cooking it until closer to pick up time. Picked up 2 burgers and fries for 40 plus dollars. It was super slow, with only a few customers in the restaurant. Took my food to the car and all the food was COLD to the touch. I am really really disappointed. Wish pre-ordering and taking the time would be seen as a good customer... maybe next time I should instead went to get Habit or McD's and at least it could be hot.

The burgers are good, but they are on the small side. One burger is not enough to satisfy most grown men, and since one burger is 10 bucks, you’re paying $30 for two burgers and fries. A drink is extra. The fry portion is good. It’s also $8 for a side of fries. The quesadilla was underwhelming. Just shredded beef and cheese, and the meat was very salty. The atmosphere and the service were both excellent.

April 18, 2025 9:00 pm Myself and a friend were in the retail complex for a supposed Mercedes-Benz event that never took place. We decided to investigate the restaurant’s and chose this one. Once inside we noticed how long it took to get service. My friend thought it was a race related issue but I pointed out how many dirty tables there were from previous customers and how that indicated either not enough staff or someone on staff was out to lunch or on break. It took at least ten minutes and the gentleman that came out apologize for the delay. We ordered our food and the food was brought out in a decent period of time. My burger was presented nicely but I wasn’t particularly impressed. I asked for extra raw onion and I barely got a few silvers. I also asked for a different cut of chees

We used to love this place and often brought friends and family. Unfortunately, one employee has completely changed our minds. Her lack of awareness and professionalism made us uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about food safety. I have no trust in her ability to follow proper practices — and frankly, she’s very dishonest 😵‍💫. Because of this, we left and will not be returning. We’ll be taking our business and recommendations elsewhere. Follow-up to “owner” - Your response (2 months later) shows you actually very clearly did not review the tapes. You should be embarrassed by this place. Don’t pretend you have a clue what happens in your restaurant. 😂
