Norm's Ice Cream

My love and I come here. The portions are GENEROUS! The flavors are unique. There's a cute playground and seating in the shade. I recommend the lemon cheesecake 😋 strongly recommend this spot!!

They do not disappoint on the Norm's name! Generous portion sizes, good pricing for what you are getting, and now they have even more parking! Great place to take some friends and get some ice cream! Their flurries have the topping actually to the bottom and not just at the top!

My wife and I stopped by Norms tonight to grab some ice cream, and unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. The girl working the window repeatedly said, “Take your time, it’s not like we have a line,” even though there was someone behind us. She said it multiple times and even acknowledged she was being rude, but then continued to say it again. That kind of attitude toward customers isn’t great to deal with when you’re just trying to order. What really surprised us though was the price. I ordered a medium flurry and my wife ordered a kids flurry, and our total came out to $19.60. That seems extremely high for those two ice cream items. Norms used to be known as a good, affordable spot for ice cream, but between the service and the pricing tonight, it was pretty disappoint

One of kind! Serving sizes are amazing and prices are beyond fair. Friendly staff. Great options. Outside seating and playground for children.

Norm's Ice Cream is one of the best, if not the best ice cream shop in the Muskegon area. The portions are absolutely ridiculous! I'm not even kidding. The kid inside you will love it, but your adult brain will break at the shock and awe of the size of what you order. Come with an empty stomach, you're going to need the room!!! (The pictures attached are both mediums). 2nd Visit Update 08/05/2025 Ordered a large Carmel Apple Sundae with a waffle cone. A little over $10, $13 with a tip. Thing was a for tall, top to bottom, all ice cream. (See attached photo below) You'll definitely get your monies worth here!!!
