I called every day for three days in a row, and left messages. I also sent an email. All I wanted was to submit my father's obituary. They never responded at all. The same thing happened to me when my grandmother passed away in 2012. The funeral home told me that it is common knowledge, The Normangee Star is impossible to communicate with! Does anyone even work here? This is shamefully unprofessional.
