Nori Japanese Grill - Thousand Oaks

I got the teriyaki beef Bento box. The thinly sliced beef the menu mentioned was just ground beef with sauce. Thought it was weird but maybe they ran out of steak. The portion was small for the price. Very small scoop of rice, 3 pieces of tempura, small scoop of ground beef. Soup and sald were tasty but definitely not worth $20 dollars.

Came here for lunch. The food is by far the best Japanese cuisine in Ventura county hands down. This is one of those restaurants where you can actually taste the care the chefs put in. All the food was amazing and I’m excited to go back again!

Very nice surprise. Small restaurant but sit outside and enjoy the weather right now. Food was amazing and they had a few options we had never seen before. Enjoyed it all and brought some home and the people there devoured it. Will definitely be heading back

We come to Nori Japanese Grill often because the food is always consistently good. It’s one of those places you can count on for both quality and value. I came recently with a party of five, and our total was just $130 including tip—and we even had some sushi in the mix! I ordered the teriyaki beef and chicken bento box for $19, which came with California rolls, rice, salad, and miso soup. Everything was delicious and well-portioned. It’s hard to find a spot that delivers this kind of quality at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

This place is great. Had ramen and sushi rolls. Great for dine in or take out. It's an unassuming place but great tasting food!
