This is a hole in the wall that deserves 5 stars! Hubby and I tried 6 items to share - shawarma chicken, chicken curry wrap, shawarma beef wrap, Zaatar and Labneh, Meat pie, and Mahalabya for dessert. Everything was delicious! The fresh mint on the zaatar and labneh, the delicate balance of milk custard and rose sryup on the dessert… just wonderful! We were stuffed (one pie and one wrap would have been enough for one person). We actually ordered a few things to take home for dinner. Seating is limited.
Was riding tri rail into FLL. Looked on maps for a place to eat. Came across this restaurant. Had great reviews and had never eaten Lebanese food before. We ordered Shawarma beef wrap and Sujek pie. Both very good, but the Shawarma was my favorite. Small little restaurant with just a few tables. Staff all very friendly.
Lebanese bakery serving delicious Manaqeesh, spinach pies, falafel and more. All pies are baked fresh upon order. Don’t let the size of the dough and its irregular shape repel you. The condiments are perfectly seasoned with authentic Lebanese seasoning. I know Lebanese food because I was born and raised in Lebanon and my mother was a chef. This bakery is the only one in South Florida that is Lebanese authentically. I live 1 hour south of it and it doesn’t stop me from visiting it. I make the long drive to eat its delicious Manaqeesh. If you are in Broward and or Dade county, take the drive and visit it. You will Not be disappointed.
Easily one of the worst shawarmas I’ve ever had. I honestly couldn’t tell what kind of meat it was supposed to be. The pita was completely soggy, the meat was drowned in condiments to the point it tasted wrong, yet still somehow stale and dry. Nothing tasted fresh. I took a few bites and threw it out. Total waste of money — avoid this place.
Noor Bakery and Deli is truly an amazing hidden gem. We tried their cheese manakeesh, shawarma, and falafel, and everything was absolutely delicious. You can really taste the freshness in every bite—the food is made fresh and served hot, which makes a huge difference. The manakeesh had the perfect balance of crispy and soft, the shawarma was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Another big plus for us is that everything is halal, which made it an easy and comfortable choice for our family. Overall, great quality food, authentic flavors, and a welcoming spot that we’ll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommend Noor Bakery and Deli if you’re looking for fresh, halal Middle Eastern food.
