This place was pretty good! We rated it an 8/10 I would definitely recommend to eat it for lunch rather than a “nice” dinner- more on the casual side. The wonton soup was amazing definitely the best I’ve ever had. The colorful wonton dish was a good choice since we got to try all of the flavors. We ordered the steamed and it was pretty okay in my opinion (not bad) the texture of the wonton was on the doughy side almost like a mochi I’d be curious to have it pan fried instead next time. We also ordered a side of cream cheese wontons it was sooo good! It tasted sweet and the portion size of that was a great shareable size. Lastly, we ordered the scallion pancake, it wasn’t what I was expecting I would probably skip out next time (nothing to go crazy about). All in all great place!
We ordered so much food and everything was good. Salt and Pepper shrimp, Rainbow dumplings, the purple and original, mouth watering, pork boas were interesting but good, LanZhou soup with chicken, great flavor, fried rice was had a ton of flavor, the steamed pork dumpling were also flavorful and a great appetizer. The portion sizes were larger than expected giving more bang for your buck. Service was quick and our server was attentive and polite. This place is a must try.
Highly disappointed in this restaurant. The reviews on here do not add up. Or did I happen to come on a bad day? The dumplings were rubbery, split open, and the beef center had an artificial flavoring. You could also taste the freezer in the BBQ Baos and the beef used for the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth for the tonkotsu was bland and had no taste. The chicken lemon sauce cost $15.99 but you have to pay extra for rice. For that price you only get chicken drenched is sauce. Nothing else. The lemon sauce was not in-house made. It was extremely sweet and artificial. I’m certain this was a canned lemon pie filling being passed for sauce. As for service, it was lacking. Our waiter was also the host. We were sat a table with no napkin dispenser and no condiments like soy sauce, chili oil, etc. Jus
Absolutely delicious food! It was really cool seeing them make the dumplings homemade through the glass. Only downside for us was the additional room had a feel of a dennys. A little odd just kinda wish it felt more authentic by the vibe but even then we didn’t even care because the food was outstanding.
Love this place. You can watch them make the noodles and Xiaolongbao through the glass window. The food is fresh and the service was GREAT! Maizie was an excellent server. She recommended the green beans with extra garlic and they were perfect! I completely forgot to take a pic of them and the xiaolongbao. We will definitely be back even thought it’s a 1/2 hr drive for us.
