Noodles and Company

Delicious food, normally pretty quick service. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait but all things considered it’s really not that bad. I always order online for pickup and it’s always been ready in about 10/15 minutes! The option for tofu for a protein is my favorite and super convenient to have as a choice! It’s also done really well for those that are looking for something vegetarian! Also there’s lots of variety in noodle choices/sauces/extras. Definitely worth a visit once in a while! I’d come more if I lived closer, but definitely worth a trip!

Other than one nice gal in the store, this experience was infuriating. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to eat here just to get meals that didn’t even have what they were supposed to come with and burnt pork. Dish is missing crispy onions as well as the barbecue sauce why call It barbecue pulled beef Mac without any barbecue. This wasn’t the only dish that they goofed up on. I wish people took more pride and what they did!! You would think that’s where they get their self-worth from, but I guess not.

Nice. Only tried twice. Different dishes each time pesto and a new shrimp one. Didn't care for either. Cesear salad was reply good. 2nd visit they were 2 women waiting and then they got a rush. I tried telling the lady worker that was my order. She's cut me off. I waited about 25 minutes asked if I could make sure I'm at the right location she checked my phone and grabbed the bag that had been sitting there the entire 25-30 minutes shrimp dish.

The noodles weren’t good. They tasted like instant ramen with some frozen steak tossed in, and the portion was too small for the price. On top of that, the restaurant was cold inside, which made eating hot food less enjoyable. When the lady came to my table to ask how the food was, I had to lie and tell her it was great. The truth is, it wasn’t...but she was so kind, so full of positive energy, that I didn’t want to disappoint her. She made me feel welcome and valued, and her warmth really stood out. She’s the reason I’m giving three stars instead of one. The food didn’t impress me, but her service deserves recognition. Sometimes it’s not the meal that makes you remember a place—it’s the person who makes you feel cared for while you’re there.

Went during dinner rush hour, so I expected some wait. But you know what grinds my gears? Restaurants that don't prioritize customers who are physically in the store wanting to eat. I really shouldn't have to wait for 15 door dash orders to complete before they even start making my food. I haven't been here in years, but the food certainly has downgraded. Half of my chicken was the inedible super rubbery disgusting chicken. Looks like shrinkflation hit as the portion seemed much smaller than what I remember. All in all, not worth the wait or food for the cost. The food was equivalent to any fast food joint, without the fast part. Will not return.
