Noodles and Company

I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service at Noodles and Company during my recent visit. I’ve been coming to this location for quite sometime. Although I'm usually loyal to the chicken Alfredo Montamore, I decided to try something different this time. Ovigio, my server, was incredibly patient and friendly while assisting me with my choice. His outstanding customer service truly stood out and made my experience enjoyable. Thank you for maintaining such high standards.

The atmosphere was good. The service was good. However, the food wasn’t that great. My noodles from the Penne Rose didn’t taste fully cooked. Tasted like they were suppose to be cooked longer. The meatballs tasted like frozen meatballs that were thawed and seasoned with bbq sauce.

My wife and I ordered to take out. The food was good, but the establishment should have been cleaner. Specific areas that need improvement was the cleanliness of the dining tables and the bathroom.

The food and customer service were good. However, when we arrived home one of the dishes we ordered was missing. We called and were given a credit to use for our next visit, which we used with ease.

This is the third time, I’ve ordered extra chicken and have to go back because they neglected to put it on my food. on todays order, I asked for a side of pesto, paid for extra chicken and said no mushrooms.. I pick my food up, I asked where my extra chicken which I paid for was, I was given an attitude, which was annoying and to make it worse I get home thinking I’m going to indulge and as I go to mix my food.. MUSHROOMS- I’m allergic and live 30 minutes from the location to drive back and as we see there is NO spinach which I requested. $17+ to not indulge in my meal. Unacceptable.
