Noodles and Company

I’ve always been happy with the food at Noodles and Co. The food is delicious and fairly priced. I LOVE being able to order and pay ahead on the app! What a convenience! I took my daughters there for supper yesterday and there was just a lingering odor to the restaurant, like it needs to be cleaned. I would have given them 5 stars, but I think they need to do a better job keeping up with the overall cleaning.

We came and ordered 3 meals. Others were served before us. We waited for over 10 min for our food. When we got it, they brought the Adult meals first and said they would bring my daughter's meal shortly, but wanted to get something out. After 5 min, they still hadn't brought her meal. I went to ask and they hadn't started it yet. Again, others were served before my daughter (8) was served. Finally when her buttered noodles were done, we could all eat. Our meals were cold. Just not sure why they thought bringing an adult would suffice and not the child meal as well as why others were served before us. And after all of it, no apologies.

I am bummed out they no longer have zucchini noodles or pot stickers. But I was truly surprised how good this salad was and the parmesan buttered noodles I got my daughter were delicious

I am in town for work and needed a quick bite after a long drive. I ordered it on Uber Eats, which can struggle in freshness sometimes but this was still very hot and fresh. The food felt very much like a fast food pasta that you would expect. The meatballs are fine? Could be better with a little more spice to them. The spaghetti actually was cooked well, and the sauce was tasty. The portion is not bad, it’ll fill you up but for about $20 with tax the price is slightly high. Overall, my first experience wasn’t bad at all. Due to the cost not sure I’d eat again back home, but it filled my appetite for what I needed and it tasted pretty good for being “fast food.”

I got the spicy Korean noodles with steak even though I wanted the Chipotle chicken cavatapi (which looks so good!) Because I'm getting over a cold. It wasn't too spicy, but it was enough to really clear a gal up. My son got the Mac and cheese and was ecstatic that he could get a rice crispy treat. Arili was a total sweetheart and helped me decide on the dishes we got. We even got a free rice crispy for submitting the survey!
