Noodles and Company

We have been here twice and both times the customer service was top notch. The food is made fresh, you can substitute an alternate meat choice, & the indoor seating area is very clean.

Food was good. It was a good experience. Lots of different options. The Korean spicy dish was a little too sweet and not spicy enough. The potstickers were good. I wish they were seared to give them a little more flavor. Good pricing. Good portions. Would like to try again and try different dishes. Overall great restaurant for large group of people because of the variety they offer.

While the food we did get was good the service and wait was awful. Told it would be 20 minutes and at 40 minutes still did not have our food. Asked for a refund and the staff seemed happy to have people leave. Tables were dirty. Maybe a fourth of the restaurant at most was full.

Bad experience with cashier Elia ( the name is written on the bag that says packaged by so not 100% that was who took the order). She had glasses, brown hair, and a bigger build. Very rude not friendly at all not sure if I caught her at the wrong time but very awkward. I have heard of noodles & company before and was super excited to go try it out! When I arrived I walked up to the register and spoke with a woman who I’m not sure her name, it could be Elia cause that’s what was written on my bag but I didn’t catch her name ( she had glasses, brown hair and was of a bigger build) . After I ordered my meal she asks me if that was all , since it’s my first time ordering here I ask if they sell lemonade. She proceeds to look at me and say “ I don't know” I was debating leaving it alone because

if i could give no stars i would. burnt crispy overcooked noodles and the absolute worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. snarky teenager on the counter and the manager just watched as she was rude to a customer. i waited over 18 minutes for something they definitely forgot about in the oven, during my wait i watched several customers come and go - and come back because their orders were messed up! this was my first and last experience with noodles and company, they definitely left an impression. i’ve worked in food, i know how it is, and this was as bottom of the barrel as it comes.
