Noodles and Company

ordered pickup for specific time. arrived a minute or two after time. made me wait five minutes just to tell me they haven’t even made my order. made me wait fifteen extra minutes. i have a set amount of time for my lunch which is why i order ahead, which i lost out on valuable time. just poor service

I have to admit, my expectations were not very high but my crispy chicken bacon alfredo was delicious and the portion was generous. I will definitely go back soon.

I wish we had these is Florida. First time having Noodles and Company & my first time having Pad Thai. I was not disappointed. Everything about my visit was great. I don’t recall his name but the guy on the register was super helpful. He helped me to narrow down which one I wanted and recommended that I added shrimp. My bowl was perfect. I actually ate this months ago and just writing this review is making my mouth water. The noodles were cooked Al dente and the shrimp was so tender. I’m assuming this is a popular location because there were a fair amount of people that ordered after me. The wait for the food wasn’t too long, maybe around 10 minutes. Workers were so nice, but the food was awful! Wisconsin Mac and Cheese bowl was SO dry!! Felt like I was just eating noodles. Sad. Felt expensive for how terrible it was. Won't be back for sure.

I had gotten a rice crispy treat as a side. I had went to take a bite and noticed something shimmering inside. Upon further investigation it was a metal shaving and it wasn’t the ONLY one I had found. I found at least 4. Totally unacceptable, why would there be metal shavings in a rice crispy treat???
