Noodles and Company

We always enjoy this location of Noodles & Co. Very friendly staff. Need to fix your fountain drink machine, Dr. Pepper is noted to continuously run when accessed, wasting product.

Once you find the entrance things will be ok. Check around back. Lots of things to satisfy your lunchtime cravings for mac and cheese. Quick service and hot, tasty food. Little small inside so it can get a little noisy when it fills up. Staff is attentive and got out order right the first time.

This is a great place to grab lunch for a reasonable price. The food and portions are good. Online menu differs from in store a little bit. Had this for the first time on Tuesday, then went again with my wife on Thursday. Biggest con is the parking lot. There is only one way in and you have to go back out that same way. It is right next to the Jimmy John's drive-thru, which poses problems with traffic as well. Location is convenient on 3rd in Bismarck, but the parking lot isn't great. Also know it's on the back side of the building if you are coming in from 3rd.

Ordered what I always order, penne Rosa with Parmesan chicken. However as you can see in the photo attached my pasta has no Parmesan chicken. I asked to get the chicken and he said “okay, you can go sit down” so me and my friend who also had the issue sat down and waited for our chicken while our food got cold because we wanted to enjoy it all on the same fork in one bite. We waited for a long duration of minutes until we realized they had to intent to give us our chicken and we were left chickenless. We once again went up to ask, and although I know I ordered the chicken worker claimed “it wasn’t rung up” and he didn’t hear so the chef with the ponytail in his beard said he couldn’t give us our chicken. Ughhhh, no more Noodles & Co - potstickers were good, pad Thai was lacking flavor, and AGAIN one dish was not what I ordered. The incorrect order has happened twice, container is marked correctly but wrong contents. Sucks when it's to go. Took a fountain Coke but dumped it in favor of a different soft drink as the Coke was almost clear - employee couldn't understand what was wrong with it.
