Noodle & Sushi Delight

Maybe the atmosphere is devoid of feng shui but I came here for the food. It’s delicious and quickly served. They have bubble tea!

This place was recommended to me my another foodie so I decided to give them a try. We met another couple on a Monday night and it was pretty empty. They do a tremendous amount of takeout. We were seated immediately and the service was amazing. The interior is pretty plain but the food options were crazy. Huge menu serving both Japanese and Chinese dishes . Prices are on the higher side but the portions are huge and the food is made in house with fresh ingredients. I started with the Alaska Roll which had salmon, avocado and cucumber. The roll was just average. For our main entrees we had the Beef Chow Fun with pan fried noodles. Very tasty with a fantastic brown sauce. First time and a nice find here in Roselle. Tried the Pad Thai and the Cantonese Pan Fried Noodles. Very good execution on these very different noodle dishes from Thailand and Hong Kong. Highly recommended dishes. Service was quick and polite. Modern, clean and quiet ambiance. Ample parking. Will definitely come back for their other dishes (they have Japanese also!)

Updated: shrimp wonton noodles soup was mild, but not bland, noodles were in point, and the wonton was freshly made and flavored. Crisp on the outside and hot in the inside pot stickers (flavored and not doughy) were well worth to try. Water spinach still good as usual, tender juicy beef chow fun was yum(finished before picture). Flavorful with nice aroma beef stew was so delicious, tender, juicy (not tough or dry), flavored beef and tendon with Napa cabbage on the bottom. Highly recommended. Hidden gem located in the suburb area. Friendly staffs, clean and comfortable seating restaurant with decent size menu. Reasonable price with the portions. Foods arrived pretty quick. Plain Egg noodles soup was on point with light broth, the egg noodles were perfectly cooked. Tender beef in flavor

I love thier food and visited them so many times mainly for lunch. Beef with broccoli, Beef with tomate & green peppers, Mongolian beef, Hong sue shrimp, Mapo tofu over rice, Mapo tofe noodle soup etc. etc. are really good. The original owner, a super friendly Chinese family, gave up the restaurant a while ago, but glad that the good taste was kept.
