Noodle Master

Stopped by Noodle Master for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The hand-pulled noodles had great texture — chewy but not too soft — and the broth was rich without being overly salty. You can tell they make the noodles fresh. We also tried a couple of small dishes and everything came out hot and well-seasoned. Portions were generous for the price, especially compared to other noodle spots around Houston. The dining area is simple but clean, and service was quick and friendly. Solid choice if you’re craving authentic Chinese-style noodles in the area. Would definitely come back.

Noodle Master Katy is one of my go-to spots—I’ve been here multiple times and the hand-pulled noodles and dumplings are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly authentic Northern Chinese style. The portions are generous and everything hits the spot! Shoutout to our server Dear, who was super friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations as always. The other servers here are consistently attentive too—service is always on point. Love this place—you gotta try this gem! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place was so good me and my family came here and literally both of their dishes were super good and this is my second time no complaints always five stars. Please come here if you haven’t. You’re missing out if you have so so so good. Food came super fast, super hot. The drinks are phenomenal. Customer service was outstanding. I had a man who had black hair, kind a little older, he kept checking on us and how our food was, as well as a younger women with blonde hair. Would recommend for anyone who wants a filling big portion but made with love type of meal! 😄

My new favorite spot! I love this place, the food is amazing, the service is wonderful and I always leave happy and full. Every dish I've tried here has been delicious and freshly made every single time. Super excited to have found Noodle Master in Katy!

Highly recommend this restaurant. My wife and I come here almost once a month. We love the noodles here. The beef noodle and fried noodles are our favorites. The place is also clean, and the people are kind. Can't wait to visit it next time. 😀
